Consolidated Draft now available for public review

The third and final installment of the draft of the County's development regulations is now available for review. New content in this installment includes land use application procedures, and general provisions, including nonconformities.

The Clark County Master Plan has been Adopted!



After 18 months of surveys, meetings, research, and drafting, the Clark County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) unanimously adopted the Transform Clark County Master Plan on November 17, 2021!


This is a milestone for Southern Nevada and would not have been possible without the time and effort of the BCC, Planning Commission, County staff, representatives from other communities and agencies in Clark County, and most importantly, the thousands of residents, business owners, students, and community organizations that responded to surveys, attended online and in-person meetings, sent letters and emails, and ensured that Clark County's new master plan can help move the region forward.
