The third survey for the Transform Clark County process closed on December 15. Thank you to the more than 500 people who took the time to weigh in on the current Development Code (Title 30)! Consolidated Draft now available for public review
The third and final installment of the draft of the County's development regulations is now available for review. New content in this installment includes land use application procedures, and general provisions, including nonconformities.
