Upcoming Events

After adopting the Transform Clark County Master Plan in November, the County has been working to implement the community’s vision through updates to Title 30 (Development Code).

 

The adoption version of the rewrite of Title 30 has been prepared and is available for review (see below). This adoption version of the document was presented to both the Planning Commission and the Board on June 20 and 21, respectively. Click here to review the presentation made to the commissioners.

 

There are two upcoming public meetings, where members of the community are invited to offer their feedback and comments on the revised Title 30, prior to the Adoption Hearing, scheduled for August 2, 2023.

At the public meetings, the County will collect and compile comments. Prior to the Adoption Hearing, responses to the comments  -- which may consist of either an explanation of where the comment is addressed in Title 30, an explanation of why it cannot be addressed, or a resulting modification to Title 30 -- will be made available for review.
