About the Master Plan
The Master Plan is the leading policy document that Clark County uses to guide future growth and day-to-day decision-making. Although many individual elements of Clark County’s Master Plan (originally adopted in 1983) have been updated periodically, it has never been updated as a cohesive document. This process is an opportunity to establish a collective vision for Clark County that reflects the diverse thoughts and ideas of the people who live, work, or own a business in Clark County—and to establish an actionable strategy to achieve that vision.

The new Clark County Master Plan was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 17, 2021. Continue to participate in the Transform Clark County process as we update the Development Code next!
