Transform Clark County Nearing Conclusion!

In 2020, Clark County launched a major effort—called Transform Clark County—to establish a cohesive, countywide vision for the future and an actionable strategy to achieve that vision. Transform Clark County included a rewrite of the County’s Master Plan, the key policy document that defines the community's vision for the future, which was adopted in November 2021.
Revision of the County's development code, Title 30, was initiated after Master Plan adoption. Title 30 is the County regulatory document that describes the rules for development in the County, and it has been revised to support implementation of the goals in updated Master Plan. The revision has also focused on creating a modern, straightforward, and simplified Code for the County.
